What is OneLedger™ GST Billing?

OneLedger™ GST Billing is cloud billing and accounting software for Indian businesses that charge GST. You create sales invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, delivery challans, credit notes, purchase bills, purchase orders and debit notes from one screen. The software picks CGST and SGST or IGST from the party's state, numbers bills per financial year and keeps stock, party balances and payments up to date.

GST reports ready for filing

OneLedger™ GST Billing prepares GSTR-1 tables (B2B, B2CL, B2CS, credit and debit notes, nil-rated, HSN summary and documents issued) and can export GSTR-1 JSON for the government's offline tool. The GSTR-3B summary includes outward supplies, input tax credit and set-off. A data health check flags common problems such as an invalid GSTIN, a state mismatch or a missing HSN code before you file.

Print, share and get paid

Choose from 14 print designs, including an 80mm thermal layout, add your logo, signature, bank details and terms, and send bills as PDF or a share link on WhatsApp. Record payments against bills, follow up outstanding amounts with party ledgers and send payment reminders. A cash and bank book, expenses and a simple profit and loss report complete the picture.

Branches, currencies and integrations

Each branch can have its own GSTIN, address and bill series, and staff can be limited to their branch and to the modules they need. Businesses that bill abroad can issue bills in other currencies with an exchange rate. A token-based REST API lets other software, such as OneLedger™ Inventory, push products, parties and invoices into OneLedger™ GST Billing.

Frequently asked questions

Who developed OneLedger™ GST Billing?

OneLedger™ GST Billing is designed, developed and maintained by SAER Technologies Pvt Ltd, Jaipur.

Does it prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?

Yes. It prepares GSTR-1 tables with a JSON export for the offline tool, a GSTR-3B summary and an HSN summary. You still file the returns on the GST portal.

Does it generate e-way bills or e-invoices (IRN)?

Not at the moment. You can record transport details on the bill, but e-way bill and e-invoice generation are not part of the current version.

Can I print on a thermal printer?

Yes. There is an 80mm thermal design along with A4 layouts, and you can choose a design per document type.

Can I manage more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch can have its own GSTIN, address and bill series, with stock and staff per branch.

Does it connect with other software?

Yes. A token-based REST API lets other apps, including OneLedger™ Inventory, create products, parties, invoices and payments.
