What is Jewellery ERP?

Jewellery ERP is the full jewellery-business edition of OneLedger™, available at jewellerymanagement.com. It runs on the same OneLedger™ platform as our girvi software and covers the whole shop: purchases, stock, billing, custom orders, karigar work, schemes and accounts. It is cloud-based, so owners can check stock and sales from any store or from home.

Stock you can trust

Each item is recorded with metal, purity, gross and net weight, stone details, HUID and an auto-generated code. Barcode tags are designed and printed from the stock list, and RFID tagging lets you count stock quickly. Purchases from suppliers and old gold bought from customers come into stock with full weight and purity details.

Billing, old gold and accounts

Sales invoices are GST-compliant, with making charges, HSN codes and tax shown correctly. Old-gold exchange can be adjusted on the same bill. Drafts, payments, credit notes and returns are handled from the invoice. Party ledgers, a day book, profit and loss and GST reports keep the accounts up to date and can be exported.

Orders, karigars and schemes

Custom orders and repairs are recorded with the customer's design, weight and due date. Work can be sent to a karigar and tracked until it comes back and is billed. Jewellery savings schemes record customer instalments until maturity and redemption. For businesses with several outlets, Jewellery ERP supports multiple stores with role-based staff access, stock transfers and consolidated reports.

Jewellery ERP works in the browser and can be installed like an app on phones and computers. Invoices, receipts and reminders can be sent to customers on WhatsApp, and plans start with a free trial month.
