What is Rviing?
Rviing by OneLedger™ is a WhatsApp marketing and customer-chat platform built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). It gives a business one place to send approved template campaigns to its customers, reply to incoming chats as a team and automate common conversations. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through the Facebook Embedded Signup, which takes a few minutes.
Campaigns, inbox and flows
Campaigns use message templates with personalisation, media and buttons, and can be scheduled and throttled. Replies arrive in a shared inbox where chats can be assigned to staff, and the 24-hour customer-service window is shown on each chat. The no-code flow builder lets you drag and drop triggers, conditions, delays and a handoff to a human. When a customer sends STOP, Rviing blocks future marketing messages to that number automatically.
Pay only for what you send
Rviing works on a prepaid wallet with no monthly fee. Each delivered template message is charged at WhatsApp's rate for its category plus a small Rviing platform fee, and the wallet shows the cost line by line. Current rates are on the Rviing pricing page. Replies inside the 24-hour service window are not charged by WhatsApp.
For developers
A REST API with API keys lets your own software send templates and messages, and webhooks deliver message status and incoming messages to your URL. OneLedger™ apps use this API to send bills, receipts and reminders on WhatsApp.
