What is OneLedger™ Girvi & Jewellery?

OneLedger™ Girvi & Jewellery is cloud software for jewellers, pawn brokers and gold-loan lenders in India. It replaces the paper girvi register, billing books and spreadsheets with one app that works in the browser and installs like an app on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. It is available at oneledger.in and girvimanagement.com.

Girvi (pawn loan) management

Enter the customer, the pledged items with weight and purity, the loan amount and the interest terms, and OneLedger™ prints the girvi receipt. Interest is calculated automatically, simple or compound, monthly or daily. Part payments, renewals and releases are recorded against the girvi, and customer KYC with photo and ID is kept with each record. Locker and item tracking tells you where every pledged item is stored, and outstanding, interest-earned and overdue reports show the state of the book at any time. Due-date reminders go out on WhatsApp.

Jewellery shop management

For the shop counter, OneLedger™ makes GST jewellery invoices with making charges, HUID, purity and net weight, prints barcode tags for stock and records old-gold exchange. Customer and supplier ledgers, a day book, cash book, and stock and sales reports keep the accounts in order. Businesses that need the full ERP — custom orders with karigars, schemes and RFID stock — can use the Jewellery ERP edition.

Many stores, one login

OneLedger™ supports multiple stores with role-based staff access and an activity history, so the owner can see what was done and by whom. Plans are available for single shops and multi-store businesses, with a free trial month to start.
