What is OneLedger™ School ERP?

OneLedger™ School ERP is management software for schools, colleges and coaching institutes, built and run by SAER Technologies. The office team works in a web ERP, while students and parents use an installable app to see attendance, homework, results and fee dues, and to pay online. It works for a single school or a group with many branches, with an "All branches" view for the management.

Fees without the chasing

Fee structures, installments and EMI plans (full, two, three or four installments) are set once and assigned automatically, including transport fees from the student's route and stop. Parents pay online or by UPI with a payment proof, the office approves it and a receipt is created. Reminders go out by app, SMS and WhatsApp before and after the due date, so the accounts team spends less time on calls.

Exams and results

Set grading scales, exam schedules and date sheets, print admit cards and enter marks on screen or from Excel. The ERP works out ranks and prints marksheets and term report cards. Online tests with a timer and auto-grading are included, and exam eligibility rules can hold back students with low attendance or pending dues.

Words that fit your institution

The wording changes with the type of institution — Class and Section for schools, Course and Division for colleges, Course and Batch for coaching — and each institution can rename terms, set its own number formats for admission numbers and receipts, and add custom fields.

Does it work for colleges and coaching institutes?

Yes. The wording changes to fit colleges (Course and Division) and coaching institutes (Course and Batch), and each institution can rename terms.

Can parents pay fees online?

Yes. Parents can pay through an online payment gateway or by UPI with a payment proof that the office approves, and a receipt is created either way.

Can we manage more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch has its own classes, students, staff and receipts, and the management can switch to an All branches view.

Can we import our existing student data?

Yes. Students, staff, fee structures, marks and more can be imported from Excel templates, with a preview of every error before anything is saved.

Is there a mobile app?

Students and parents get an app they can install on their phone, and an API is available for a custom branded mobile app.
